Everyone we dealt with from the representative who came out to assess the job and the two gentlemen that did the actual instillation were professional and pleasant. I really appreciated that every called to confirm the appointment times and gave an ETA. Especially liked that they showed up as planned. The installers explained everything in detail and were a pleasure to work with, leaving the job site clean. The rating on BBB site confirmed my decision to go with this company.

Chaney was great! He’s very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and diligent. He explained everything to us & was quick & proficient in the job. Even though it was more expensive than we expected, he was patient to explain the details and process which made sense. Job well done!

Thank you for taking the stress off me , when out of the blue my garage door started acting crazy after a lightning strike Sunday evening. I didn’t know what to do after YouTube university didn’t solve my problem. I googled garage door repair & Precision was the first company that popped up, so glad i was able to set an appointment for 8-12 Monday morning.
