Rebecca was the perfect person that you could have sent out for my estimate on my door very polite very kind very courteous as every question that I have asked her without blinking and I she is definitely an asset to your company. You should either give her a raise or buy her lunch. I did sign up for the door. She’ll be receiving it and installation on Monday the 13th seen advertisement on TV seem like a place to go

Our garage was making a popping sound that was getting worse each day. My husband and I decided to call to schedule estimate and someone was at our house within the hour. Adam explained everything wrong with our door, ranked the items that needed to be fixed from most important to least, and answered all of our questions. Our door was fixed within 3 hours! Bonus, Adam was extremely kind, considerate of dinner time chaos with 2 young kids and a baby, and he did not mind the kids wanting to ask questions. We felt confident in the service we received and will be telling all of our friends.

Thank you Precision! I was locked out of my house since the garage door wouldn’t open. I called Precision and was lucky to have a repairman, Chris Enlow, at my house within 1 hour of my call. Chris called to provide me with his ETA. Upon his arrival, I explained the issues with the garage door. He checked out the system then provided options. I had many questions. Chris was very patient and answered them all so I could make the best decision. After the repairs were completed he showed me each part that was replaced and explained their function. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Chris! Yes, I recommend Precision and ask for Chris Enlow!

Precision had done a good job fixing my garage door in the past so when my grandson tried to make the door watertight with no success, I called Precision to fix up his mess. They were great!
