The guy that came out was very helpful and cooperative with me. I think his name was Colton, but I am not sure but he was so very nice, polite and helpful and answered all my questions. The technician Austin, was extremely prompt, professional, courteous, and informative. Austin taking our circumstances and needs into consideration offered several options to satisfy the issue and for us to make an educated decision as to what should be done to fit comfortably within our budget. Austin was not pushy or bullish in our final decision. Kudos to your company for taking the time to find the perfect technician to represent your company.

My garage door spring broke and I wanted to get it replaced right away along with some critical component parts….cables, wheels, etc. I can’t think of the process being any easier than how Precision has it set up. Go to the website, pick a date, see if your preferred time is available, put in some basic information….literally took no more than two minutes and I was scheduled including a confirmation via email. The technician was here the next morning when they said they would be here, they itemized the needed and suggested repairs, and I picked from the list what items I wanted done. Within 2 hours the job was complete and the truck pulled away. Whether I paid a fair price or not I don’t know but the service was more than convenient and super efficient…what I do know is that I have all my fingers and limbs some of which could easily have been removed if I had tried to do the work myself.

I am very pleased with the service I experienced with Precision. Joshua was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the options I had to resolve the problem very clearly. Great guy to work with. Very confident with the repairs he made. Garage door is working great.
