My garage door springs failed late on a Friday afternoon. PGD responded first thing Saturday morning and had the entire system recondition and back working in 2 hours. Technician (Mike) was helpful in not only doing the work but explaining the condition of all system components and his recommendation for repair. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

We selected Precision Garage Door Service because the ads we see on TV gave us confidence in their ability to fix our issue and stand behind their work. We found that to be true. Sonny was the technician who did the work. His communication was excellent throughout and he thoroughly explained the options to us. Overall, the service was fast, same morning, and the work very well done. The investment was more than we expected, but we have a quality garage door system that should last for years.

It was nice to get a .service call and repair on the same day I reported a problem with our garage door opener. Zachary was very nice and explain what needed to be done and worked hard to get the matters taken care of in a timely manner.

On Monday, March 9,2026 My Garage Door Failed to work. To get it Open, I had to ask a friend to Open it Manually for me. I called Precision Door Service on Monday, March 9,2026 They listened while I explained the problem that I was having with the door. They set up an Appointment for 4 :00PM that same Day. When The Technician Arrived Promptly at 4:00 PM I Explained the Problem that I was having to him, he Listened and he immediately solved the problem with Precision. (PRECISION, just as the Name so is the Service). To top it All when I asked the Technician How Much? he said there is no Cost Madam. I would Recommend Precision Door Service to Everyone. They are That Excellent.!!!

Tyler Bullerwell repaired my garage door and, in my opinion, went above and beyond what was expected. He saw what was wrong with my garage door and clearly explained the two options I had available. I made my choice based on his expertise and input, and he began his work. He did a very thorough and professional job and I was more than pleased with the overall outcome. I would recommend Tyler Bullerwell and Precision Garage to anyone who might ask me. He changed my door method of opening and replaced the springs and rollers & whatever else was required to complete the job.

Adam Miechle was the technician assigned to our job. We weren’t sure what our options were to fix the broken garage door opener. Adam walked us through each step and all options to correct the issues. He even went through costs for each. We decided to replace the entire garage door system leaving the existing door. Adam was quick, polite, and everything was clean and ready when completed. He walked through all the paperwork and process for each remote and how all the parts operated. I would definitely recommend this reputable company for gardening door replacement or maintenance.
