I wanted to get back to you regarding the repair of my garage door today. This morning my wife tried to open our garage door but it would only open about 1 foot. I called Precision Door at 6:30 am figuring I would get a recording but to my surprise a real person answered the telephone. I told him my problem he said he would be there between 8-10 am. I was again surprised that I would get sdomeone the same day. It was about 30 minutes later a service tech called and told us he would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up when he said and examined our door told me what was wrong. Within 1 hour corrected the broken spring and services the door. He was a very professional friendly knowledgeable gentleman. I have had several companies int he past but none hold a candle to Precision Door, Thanks again.
