Josh was our technician. He let us know ahead of time when he would be there. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood what had to be done and why. He helped us in so many ways during the process. He was very respectful to recalcitrant neighbors, truthful and straighforward with his communications. Our new door opening unit is so quiet compared to the previous one. It is a wonderful feeling to have a new reliable unit. I have used Precision since I had my garage doors rehabilitated back in 2010. the technician was prompt friendly and efficient in the installation of a second key pad and reinstalling the homelink connections to my current garage door openers.

On October 3, 2025 Precision replaced my garage door opener the same day I called for service. The technician Colton Johnston was excellent – professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and offered several cost effective solutions without any pressure. Colton replaced the 25 year old opener with a professional grade system and had it installed in 90 minutes. I am happy with the results. Great job Colton. Thank you Precision.

Prompt & friendly but the techs are paid by the job instead of hourly so you have to be cautious if they try to upsell you on other repairs.
