Precision was able to come to my home within a couple hours of calling to fix my garage door. When they were done, they checked out my entire system & told me one item that should be repaired before it failed. They completed both repairs for a great price. I will definitely use them again.

Called Precision Garage Door on Saturday at 12:00 and an appointment was scheduled same day with the technician arriving by 3:00pm. The technician was Alex Leon and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He did a great job resolving my issue. He even went above and beyond to lubricant all rollers, springs and hinges on the garage door! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for all your service needs. Thank you Alex!!

It was Saturday afternoon when I called Precision in need of an emergency repair prior to my leaving town, Within 1 hour Jackson was at my house and remedied the problem This was my first service request since Precision had originally installed my garage and I was very impressed with Precison and Jackson’s timely response to my call on the weekend as well as Jackson’s professional, knowledgeable and personable handling of my repair.

We unfortunately damaged our garage door when backing out of the garage such that the door would not remain closed. I called Precision and a tech named Aaron arrived 1 hour later:) This was. marvelous response to our somewhat dire situation. Aaron is an absolute pleasure to deal with as his demeanor and thoroughness are top notch!!! We were given 2 options: one to try as best as possible to repair the damage on the spot. The 2nd option was go another step up: — try the repair and IF we were not satisfied, we would not be charged for the repair and the 2nd option would be done later on. Within under 3 hours, Aaron had everything fixed:):) Thank you!!!
