Absolutely prompt. I called for service – broken garage door – and the technician called back within a few minutes AND was out in 15 minutes after! Technician worked tirelessly for 3 hours till the job was done. Details and costs were explained up front. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. Excellent service.

I just experienced THE BEST service call with Precision’s Matt Hink. He called ahead to confirm & give me his ETA. During the call he asked a few questions about my door problem so that he could start his investigation efficiently. He had my problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of arrival. He had everything he needed to fix my door in his van. Then he gave me some pointers on maintenance to preserve my garage door life. All while observing COVID precautions. I will certainly call Precision fir any future garage door problems, and I’ll request Mr. Hink.

I had a window of 10-2 but because of an emergency I had to get out of my garage earlier. They graciously accommodated me and the technician (Christian) was here about 8:30. Took him no time at all to replace all parts. I had everything replaced because parts were getting old and I wanted peace of mind. Door now opens very quietly and I have the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. Christian offered me several options on repairs, explaining each clearly. I didn’t feel pressured and I chose to replace everything to avoid future interruptions of service. Totally happy.

I would definitely recommend Precision! I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and the technician Bryan was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of options. He did not pressure me to go with the most expensive repair. After he was done with the repair he went over everything he did and explained the warranty. I am happy I went with Precision and would request Bryan in the future!

I had a Genie 3120 garage door opener installed and bearings replaced on the door. Bryan the technician did an outstanding job. Once installed he explained the system and programmed both cars. The belt drive replaced the old chain drive opener and what a difference – it is now hard to hear when the door is opening or closing. It is also nice to have the wi-fi app on my iPhone. I am really pleased with the opener and service.

I called in a service yesterday for an older unit of mine, very pleasant and prompt attention and service tech today was prompt and courteous. Exceptional all the way around.
