I am a return customer with Precision Garage Door Service. I had some questions concerning sensor lights etc. and placed a service call this morning. Mr. Zack Harrison was my service technician. He placed a courtesy call to let me know he could arrive at my home earlier than expected. Upon arrival, he was pleasant and professional. He addressed my concerns and explained clearly the problem with my door springs and bearings. Mr. Harrison’s easy going professionalism, great communication skills, and completion of the service call in a timely manner, will guarantee many return and new customers to Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision sent Craig out the next day on time . He was friendly and professional. I’ve been constantly breaking carriages on my garage door opener. Craig found over a dozen issues that were not installed correctly when the builder installed the door. He also was able to pin point other parts of the door that were worn out and also restricting the operation of the door making it harder for the door opener to operate correctly. Well worth the price to have the door and opener operating correctly.

Justin was on point and very professional with resolving a minor adjustment of sensor that caused the garage door not to open. He took the time to explain the cause and the corrective action if sensors gets knocked out of line in the future. Thanks, Justin
