Our technician Arnold was great, he listened to what we were looking for, gave us 3 options to choose from, we ask him for his opinions on all three. Once we decided on what option we wanted, he did a great installation job, tested, demonstrated, then serviced our other door, all ok. He also cleaned up his work area, all very professional.
