When our garage door opener finally broke down on a Saturday morning (I work nights, so I couldn’t get in after working all night!), I was able to call for an appointment, and the technician (Zackery Harrison) arrived within two hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. The work was done quickly, with no issues at all. On a side note, I have never heard a garage door opener so quiet! We could not be happier with their service, and would absolutely call them again, for any issues we may have in the future. If you’re looking for a garage door/opener company, look no further than Precision!

Was very pleased with the response time to get my garage door spring repaired. The technician was very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I also thought the price for the repair was very reasonable.

Service technician, Adam, was great. I think I pay slightly more for Precision, but I don’t mind paying for good service and quality work. This is the third or fourth time I have used Precision and I will use them in the future.

Tim V. Came out and fixed my garage door within 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional as well as everyone in the office. They came out next day when I called. I highly recommend precision!
