Neeeded a new garage door, had no experience with anyone in Tampa. Their commercials sounded good. It was a pleasant experience, the person that estimated what we needed and the installers were top notch.

Chris was very professional and explained that we may need a new unit if it starts to give us problems again. I explain, should this happen again we will change the unit. Was operating well when he arrived.

Mike was friendly and very professional. He took time to explain all my options and the cost of each one. I was very impressed by his work ethic as well. I found the web sight very well done. Presenting the technicians photos was a real plus. I will gladly recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Jesse did a fabulous job with our problem (opener lights weren’t working correctly) He also identified an issue with the lubrication of the door. He instructed me how to properly lubricate the hinges and rollers. The door is much quieter than it was. I’m very happy with this company!

Congratulations on hiring someone like James who cares about the detail and his work. From the time he came out he was very personable and explained everything in great detail so I would know what was going on and it’s just a little under an hour the springs are in and the door was moving better than it ever did! Reason Precision was picked was because it is part of Angie’s list, too. Two employees were nice and polite. An old garage door opener just quitted like that. Two employees were nice and polite and explained it needed a new motor with its parts due to new technology. They made sure I would be satisfied completely with the new products and their costs. And I am, so I would give this business a thumb-up. Thank you!

Yesterday, Bryson arrived to repair our garage door which would not open. I was impressed by how professional & friendly he was. He immediately had his mask on which was very important to us, and he went out of his way to be polite & giving me updates as he was doing the job. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!
