Unfortunately the opener’s erratic behavior did not re-occur while the technician was here and after thoroughly checking the system he could not identify the problem. He was kind enough to check out my sister’s opener (next door) also and determined that it should be replaced. We were very impressed with Wayne (?) and will definitely use your service for all our future garage door related needs.

We had seen your ads. Your Technician was polite and informed us as to everything that needed to be done. He installed a new spring, a belt drive garage door opener and ball bearings in a timely fashion. We are please with his work and how well our door now operates.

My current garage door opener died this morning and Precision was able to get a tech out to my home within a few hours. Unfortunately, I needed to replace the entire garage door opener.
