The name was how I chose Precision Door to fix my garage door opener. Hit by a jolt of lightning, it was a stressful time as there was other damages as well. James was totally calm and thoroughly patient at the time, waiting while I dealt with other repairmen. I didn’t have to wait days for the the repair and he was on time. When he left, he left the area clean. For me, the calm he presented helped me with my stress level…I felt comfortable with him and five star satisfied with his work.

Thank you for the great job. The office staff wonderful. Adam, called me 20 minutes before the appointment. On arrival he diagnosed the problem. Prompty established 3 different estimates. After I picked the door repair that was needed adam went to work. A few drops of sweat and a little adam magic and he was done. Door fixed, openner installed just a greag job.

Travis arrived at the time planned, was always courteous. He examined the old opener, explained problem clearly, gave us three options for replacement. Price was as estimated. He answered all my questions and left the garage cleaner than he found it.

Great Service and FAST! Our service tech, Arnold, was personable and professional. He knew his stuff and had our problem solved in just a few minutes. We always call Precision when we need help with our garage door.

Overall I’ve had Precision for I think 4 times. Always quick to respond and can fix what’s broken. Good concept they have. All 4 times a different technician and same good service. I would rate higher but the problem was with the spools/cables unwound. Door equipment (all except the door itself) was all new. This was about 2 years and a couple months and it came unwound. Should’ve been a free call or much less that the $109.00 I was charged. Again the tech did a good job but a bit of sour taste having to pay what I paid.
