Ended up breaking the wire spool today and made a call to Precision. The lady who answered the phone was amazing and told me they would have a tech out today. Tech called to let me know he was on his way. He took a look and told us what needed to be done. He have a couple recommended options. Both of which he assured us he had parts on the truck to do the job. Will definitely call in the future with issues. THANK YOU!!!

I had a problem with my year old garage door opener. It would go up and down without touching the remote. I called Sat. morning at 8:30am and Travis arrived at 10:00am and reviewed the problem and made the decision that he could not find what was causing the problem and he made the decision to replace the system. It was all covered under warranty so did not cost me anything. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. He had the new system installed and operating in one hour. Before he left he made sure I knew how all worked and get my outside pad programmed with my code. Precision and its staff are 5 Star and would recommend Precision to anyone.
