I Called for an estimate – they came out at the agreed time – I then scheduled my installation- the day of the appointment I received a call letting me know they were in route – it was a fairly quick installation – there was a miscommunication and they fixed the issue promptly – this was my second installation from them – very happy – Thank you for the service

Called Precision on Tuesday. They came out to look at the situation gave us an estimate and we’re out Wednesday (the very next day) to install the door. Rob West was our installing technician. He was professional, through and explained everything that he was going to perform that day. After the installation he explained throughly how to use the entire system. If every company and their employees did this type of amazing work it would take the pressure and worry out of contacting companies to have work done. We had a new garage door and opener installed. Everything is perfect and thanks again to Rob on an outstanding job. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and workmanship! It was easy to give this these guys a five star rating.

Where should I start? Travis Dobson arrived on time and provided us with great feedback on our broken spring, the quality of our existing garage door, and possible options. We felt so confident with Travis that we asked him to replace not only the spring but our chain garage door opener (with a belt type). Replacing the bearings and the gasket/door seal seemed to be a good idea as well. And no added weekend service fee certainly didn’t hurt. We are so pleased with our quiet door. It used to sound like a dungeon door was being opened and closed. The new openers and keypad work great too!
