Starting with my phone call my hats off to Macy for her excellent customer services skills it was a pleasure to speak with someone who had a sense of humor, she explained all about my appointment and what to expect and gave me a time when to expect a Technician, and my Technician Jesse B called me to let me know he was on his way. When Jesse arrived he was polite and very courteous his appearance was neat and clean. Jesse performed his inspection and then told me what my problem was with my opener, he took the time to explained all my options to me. After giving him my approval Jesse went to work and told me he would be done in about one and a half hours but was done in one hour. After the complete install Jesse took the time to explain how to operate the door and how to program all remotes and then explained the warranty to me. One again outstanding customer service skills. I did have to call the office to find out the of the young lady that took my call yesterday, and Destiny the young lady that answered the phone was simply amazing also. So as I see it Precision has all the experience people in the right places. I am now a raving fan of Precision overhead doors. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank You Precision Al A

We called Precision to check our garage doors in a home we just moved into. We also had them program new garage door openers for us. The technician was friendly and on-time. He knew exactly what he was doing and was done in no time. We would not hesitate to call Precision again when we are need of any garage door related work to be done. The prices were very reasonable, too.

Called and they came out the same day. Actually in just a few hours from my call. They were well groomed, polite, through and gave me options on what all the door required to prevent problems in the future. They were not a hard sale type and I felt I could trust them in what they were telling me. I made my choices and they began work. I had a broken spring on a double door and a few hinge problems. They went to work and before long I was able to open the door and get my car out. Highly recommend.

i am a new resident in Spring Hill and had an issue opening and closing my garage door electronically. I also had a problem that when it did work it was slamming shut. I saw the ad in the paper for Precision and gave them a call. I must say that the service I received from start to finish was excellent. The response time was quick, my service technician Brian was wonderful – he was polite, informative and gave me options on how to best correct the problems I was having with my garage door. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone in need of help with their garges. Thanks for a job well done.

The springs broke on our overhead garage door and we contacted Precision for a service call. We could not have been happier with their performance! They came out within a few hours of our initial call. Their technician clearly had a great deal of expertise and offered us several options and the related costs to fix the door. We agreed on a particular option and the service was completed immediately…..we were back in business within 2 hours. Great job and genuinely pleasant to work with.

Arrived on time, was very polite and professional. Explained what we needed and gave us three price options to choose between. Being seniors, we choose the least expensive out of necessity. Work was performed without a hitch and we were explained in detail how to maintain. Our technicians name was Chris Johnson and he was very professional, very polite and very knowledgeable. I honestly must say I did have sticker shock as I didn’t expect it to be so expensive. Chris gave us a 5% Senior discount and every little bit helps so thank you. Because of punctuality, knowledge, politeness and all parts needed were on his truck, I will always call Precision for our garage lift door needs. I will be happy to refer them to my friends as well. About a month ago… my garage door failed. The door would still open and close, however – none of the “wireless” remotes would trigger it anymore. It was a 2002, Craftsman… probably installed when the house was built… and from the research – the logic board finally went on it. After getting a couple quotes from the various companies around town – I decided to check out Precision Overhead Garage Door… I’ve seen their trucks a multitude of times in the Tampa Bay area; and a family member recently had an opener replacement with them as well. Mr. Jimmy Johnson arrived promptly after his courtesy call that he was on his way. I knew already that I wanted an opener replacement, rather than trying to replace the logic board… didn’t want to risk more stuff going bad down the road. Mr. Johnson arrived and inspected the current installation… actually confirming my thoughts that corners were definitely cut on the original installation. After discussing some different models and options for the various new openers… battery backup, Wi-Fi enabled… we settled on the Liftmaster 8355W. After working the numbers a bit, Mr. Johnson called his boss on my behalf to discuss pricing option – and whoa, Mr. Johnson fought for me – I received a quote that way WAY under what some other… discount… place had offered me. They just gained a loyal customer, along with many word-of-mouth recommendations. I told him his boss owes him a steak dinner, and I’ll be following up to make sure it gets done! Mr. Johnson quickly got to the installation process – which I didn’t even expect to have same-day service. It was hot… humid… Tampa weather of course… but no complaints from Mr. Johnson. He installed a new rail, the sensors, and wall-mount button to open/close the door – along with programming the remote that also came with the opener. Mr. Johnson was very informative on the pros and cons of the various technology when it came to garage doors; I’m a gadget nerd – so I try to soak up as much info as possible. The Liftmaster 8355W, once installed, is so much quieter than my old Craftsman… it’s a Belt drive rather than chain – which he explained is top of the line. For the price; it doesn’t get any better than that – and you’ll get the same service as I did as long as you ask for Jimmy Johnson to help you out. He’s been with Precision for over half of his career – so he knows what he’s talking about. Don’t go for companies with “coupon” words in their name… Go for companies that know their ISH… and who have employees who care about their work – like Mr. Jimmy Johnson – residential technician. Very Satisfied Customer! James
