Same day service? Hardly….Andy Peck from Precision arrived in less than half an hour!!!!! He was wonderful even though my puppy barked at him. Andy presented options before he started and I chose to purchase new rollers and a bottom seal in addition to the absolutely necessary springs. Andy fixed our door and even swept the leaves out of the garage while he was cleaning up. It’s amazing how quiet the door works now. Great Job, Andy!!! Very impressed with the company and staff! My garage door opener quit working and my research and neighbor recommendations pointed to Precision. Scheduling was great and they went above and beyond to address my questions and were transparent about fees charged if I had the call and didn’t choose them to do the needed work. They were able to schedule to come that afternoon – Labor Day – and the technician Luke Rose was very personable, professional and clear on what was wrong, and giving me options on what needed to be address now, and what else would need attention in the future. He worked neatly and cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend them.

arrived at set time frame and called 10 minutes prior to arrival. Did all repairs and set all of the rollers and did a check for safety and advised me what to look for before any breakdowns might happen

Christopher Guntor came out late at night to free my only car that was stuck in the garage, due to a broken overhead door spring. Being elderly it is important to access to our car in case of a night emergency. Chris did an excellent job repairing our door in less than 1/2 hour. Chris was very professional. Thanks again. Jerry
