I was having trouble getting my garage door down so called for an estimate. Was told about 750.00 to replace the opener and another 950.00 to replace the installation in the wall above the door itself. Too high in my eyes so I went for a second opinion. That company replaced the opener circuit board for 240.00. I guess working on commission justifies hiking up the price three-fold. NOT FOR ME.

I got my overhead garage door opener replaced today. I am totally satisfied with Precision. Chris was awesome. He explained everything in detail and provided multiple options. No pressure sell though. Though the price seems little bit over the edge initially but looking at the parts, services and warranties came with, it is ultimately reasonable. Chris went above and beyond with his job. Wonderful experience overall. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

More Profesional setting. The entire team always go out of there way to make the customer happy. Is a big company and they are up to date with all the modern equipments and or electronic devices to ensure customer satisfaction. Every time I needed them, no question asked and no delays.Definitely 100% better than the others garage doors companies I had used on the past. From sales, customer service office, finance department and all the garage door tech, all demonstrated professionalism, attention to details and customer satisfaction. I use them on both of my properties , Tampa and Land O Lakes FL

I loved that I was able to call and have someone visit that day. The technician was professional and took the time to examine the problem. He confirmed my suspicions and replace the very expensive part. My door opener works great again. However, the part I don’t like is that he was upselling me the whole way. When we talked about price, he was pulling prices out of his head, which I found out later, were completely off. Lastly, he signed his invoice “COVID 19” which I felt was inappropriate. The service I was looking for was completed and my door opener works well so I’ll probably call you again. Talking to the technician about not upselling me, especially when he doesn’t know prices, will go a long way to improving my comfort level in the experience.
