Wayne was the person who show up, and when I got the electric goinghe explained that the door really is too heavy for the motor. He give me options, different price, and that would correct the problem, and I chose what was best for my budget. I was pleased with the work,, and he even made sure everythi g else was in top condition.

We hired Precision off of their Google reviews and they did not let me down. Our tech, Adam, was very knowledgeable and educated us on his recommendations but also offered 3 packages that included our immediate fix but then offered suggestions that would keep the integrity of our garage door for awhile. I never felt pressured or upsold on services. I highly recommend Precision and I will definitely use them on the future should we need their services again. Excellent customer service and an outstanding company. Thank you!

My experience with Garret from Precision was terrific. He called prior to arriving, came on time, diagnosed the problem, provided recommendations, and completed the work quickly. Always terrific service, used the company for the past 7 years. Joshua came out today to fix my intermittent garage door opening & closing — explained that my problem could be corrected, stated the price & job was completed in less that 30 minutes. Now the door opens every time!

Jimmy Johnson, Residential Tech, called to alert us of his arrival 20 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time, presented his business card and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner. He approached the troubleshooting quickly and presented his findings in a manner understandable to us and offered a variety of solutions for our consideration. Once given the word on what we opted for, Jimmy proceeded to execute the required actions quickly and efficiently. Working in a career field that dealt with troubleshooting, repair, and replacement, I could appreciate the professional and knowledgeable manner in which Jimmy accomplished the task.
