The Precision Team was awesome starting with the sale through the Installation of our new Hurricane rated garage doors. Austin did an outstanding job with walking us through the available product which truly helped us in making an informed decision on the type of garage doors to meet our need. When it came to the installation of the garage doors, Jerry and Adam did an outstanding job!! Their teamwork and knowledge of the garage doors was amazing which gave us a peace of mind on our purchase. The end-result was beautifully installed garage doors that makes us smile everything when pull up to our home. Door wouldn’t open both cars inside. I called precision. the lady on the phone was very helpful. She scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The repair man telephone before he arrived. He was very polite and efficient. He checked the door and gave me options on how to repair it. I opted for a repair and the cost and he completed the job in about three hours. Now the old garage door works smoothly and quietly.

Advertising on TV made me look you up. Jimmy Johnson who visited my home and performed the spring work offered many options and prices. Due to money at the time, I had to choose just a spring replacement. Great employee.

Five stars don’t do you justice!! My tech today was Joshua Hink. He had to replace two springs on my two car garage door, one of which was broken. Since both springs were 18 years old, he recommended replacement of 7 year warranty springs. A professional job done in less than an hour, and he did arrive prior to the assigned appointment. Great job and fantastic service from Precision! Will ALWAYS ask for Josh the next time. Thanks Precision for your outstanding service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION FOR ALL YOU GARAGE DOOR NEEDS!!

Jason did not know when he did my service that I used to run a Field Service organization. I would hire this guy in a minute. Polite, knowledgeable, and caring are just a few of the adjectives that I would use. Extremely happy with the service and they were even at my house within 1.5 hours of when I called. Tell me where you get service like that anymore.
