From the person answering the phone, to the appointment date & time, to the service tech, everyone was polite, low key & professional. Luke called before he arrived, explained our options well & gained our trust. We were very comfortable in making a decision on a new opener, the brand, style and add ons. The fact that Luke was polite, didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need and that he had everything on the truck and immediately went to work installing it was a huge deal for us! Thank you Luke!

Precision had replaced the springs and some parts in the garage door about 2 yrs. ago and did excellent job. This time the opener died and they replace it with a new belt driven drive which is very quite. James, the technician was very cordial and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a very nice clean up job. Would recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

I was given several options to correct a broken spring and an under powered opener. James let me chose the solution fro the options and I couldn’t be happier with a super quiet Genie belt drive.
