Jason Daring did an outstanding Job at a price I could afford. This company is Fast, Reliable, and provides Great Customer Service. I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received. With a name I can trust I am happy to say at least there are still a few companies out there I can still rely on today.

I had used Precision Garage Door in the past and was very impressed with their work. Yesterday I had made a “Panic” call to them because the large garage door broke and I couldn’t close it. They were so comforting scheduling me right away for a technician to come out and repair it. The young man, Luke, was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and he worked feverishly to not only fix the problem, but repair it to a new garage door…changing the worn out bearings, rollers, springs, cables. He was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this Company to anyone needing their Garage door fixed. And I personally want to thank Luke for his expertise and getting me out of a Panic Jam.

I called and they came the next morning. Professional technician. Friendly. The total did cost a lot more than expected, but there was no pressure placed, just factual information about the garage door and components. The warranty is also really good. Would definitely recommend this company.

On time—called ahead—fixed the door in a timely fashion–communicated the cost up front and the technician was super friendly–and VERY good at his job!! Have done business with Precision for years and will NEVER change–Thank you for the great service!!!!
