We never expected to get a technician on the day we called for an appointment. We were so grateful! Jesse was awesome. He fixed our issue and also programmed our remotes and changed the code on our keypad. We highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door!

Service is excellent, the service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for hardware were way too extreme. For example, I was quoted for a new Garage Door Brace Bracket $165. Found one for $22 delivered. Also was quoted over $600 for 24 Garage Door Wheels Really. Anyway I understand we all have to make a living. But in this aspect, just did NOT make any sense. They explained what was wrong and told me how they were going to fix it. The technician James, made sure I understood my options so I was comfortable with my decision.
