I backed out of my garage before the door opened completely & caused a bit of damage. I searched on line for a five star company that could repair the damage. I called this company & was provided an an appointment within four hours. Anastasia arrived & provided a thorough inspection of my garage door. The recommendation was for a technician to come over & fix the damage, same day Anastasia is professional, knowledgeable, patient & made my part completely effortless. I’m thrilled that there is a company that has such amazing customer service.

My second experience with Precision, excellent quick same day service. The technicians were outstanding, explaining the whole process, answering all questions and working in a quick efficient manner. The company is a bit pricey but worth it for the quality of service you receive. I will use Precision again and recommend them to anyone with a garage door issue.

I called this morning because a rat chewed up part of my rubber at the bottom of my garage door. Brian came out around 1 which is the fastest service I’ve ever had for any repair of any kind! He was meticulous in his work and had the nicest personality! He was very good at his work. My previous Precision man is now a manager so I couldn’t get him! I was worried but Brian was really great! I’m told the rubber seal put on now is an even better quality than before which I had since 2014. The products you sell really hold up! Thank you so much! ST in Tampa!
