Jason Daring was the associate who came to my residence to assist me with my garage door issue. I can’t say enough good things about Jason. He is intelligent about his job, honest about what needs to be done and seems to genuinely care about the customer’s needs. I would absolutely recommend Jason and Precision!

Our door collapsed out of the blue Saturday morning. We called and you sent a tech out the same day. We happened to be the last appointment at 6pm. Stephan our technician did not rush through it, he was attentive to all details and although only one door was an issue he took the time to make sure both our doors were adjusted correctly and safe. Stephan was very professional and personable. Stephan H. we really appreciated your work, time, and effort.

Well we heard a loud noise in garage and when we looked nothing seemed wrong. The next morning I went to open garage door. But it did not open. I went and checked all the usual things and disconnected from opener. To my surprise I could not lift door at all. Then finally I saw it…the spring snapped. I called Precision immediately and they set appointment for next morning. Josh showed up the next morning and was awesome. He told us all our options and quickly fixed the problem. I will use Precision for all my needs in the future and will tell my neighbors.

I called Precision based upon reputation and recent tv ads. The original call was to repair the door, however, since we purchased the home garage door had not been serviced. In discussion with the technician, Travis Sanferraro, replacement of the hardware and opener was decided. I appreciate the quick response to repair and the service provided.

Today I purchased a new garage door opener for my manual garage door so it would be easier to get my bike and lawnmower in and out. I could not be more pleased with the experience. First, it was easy to schedule at a time convenient for me. My tech, Chris Guntor, was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, reviewed options with me, and answered any questions I had. I got a good price on a reliable opener that meets all of my needs. I highly recommend this company.

The men done a great job,but I will say the price was way to high,that same model sells for around $330 with all equipment supplied,everything that they installed.
