Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.

Jason D did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took the appropriate amount of time to explain what needed to be repaired and then repaired it. Now our garage door works great!

Same day service, courteous and professional employees. Tried unsuccessfully to create the intermittent problem with door not closing. Employee check everything out, tightened the spring, lubrigated rollers. Employee stated he would be happy to come back if the problem persists. In addition he made notes for the file to document his work and the problem. Very pleased with their service Daniel LeClair

My experience was great from the time I called a made a reservation to the time the tecnition departed. Mr. Jimmy Johnson was AWESOME! My Wife and I enjoyed his knowledge and desire to insure we knew how to operate the new installments.
