We called Precision and asked them about getting a new garage door. They sent out Jack, a representative to speak with us and we scheduled the installation. The day of the installation arrived and Andrew arrived and went right to work. I was surprised he was by himself but we saw right away that he was more than capable. He worked tirelessly and carefully, making sure to install everything just as we had requested. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a whole new system installed with a brand new door, outside key pad, inside garage control and two controls for our cars. He explained how we could use wifi to open and close our garage door remotely and showed us all the features of our new door. Andrew was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement!

Very professional company. They keep in touch and communicate regarding the appointment time. We had Chris who was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options in different price ranges, which was important to us. We had a new motor and 7’belt rail genie installed as well as a key pad and garage door opener replaced.

My outside opener had quit working. He showed me where to replace the batteries, and replaced the ones I gave him. He also sprayed the garage door, and now it opens and closes quietly again.

CURB APPEAL X 10! We opted to replace our garage door during the supply chain mess, so it was a bit costly, but it was like getting a face lift for the house – and worth it! The people make the difference. From our wonderful consultant, Jack S., to the rock star installation team of Andrew L. and Tyler C., the company is composed of extremely professional and engaging people. Excellent experience!
