Nice friendly people to work with. The technician very professional, courteous and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars but was hit with a $21.00 shop supply fee and just had one torsion spring replaced on a 9′ x 7′ door. Just don’t know how to justify the shop supply 7% fee when replacing one part. Anyway, I would use them again even with the flatulence fee.

Keith was extremely helpful with information to replace the bottom seal on our wooden garage door. He also, provided a quote for a new 18′ X 7’steel door. As we used to say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu to Keith, an excellent employee, don’t lose him.

I applaud and deeply extend a thank you thank the customer service oriented 2 men who visited my home and provided me with just what I needed for my garage door. When my father bought the home initially he had Precision come out to service 3 years ago. Boooooi when the gentleman serviced my door it had proper pole, chain, gears, shifts, all necessary to make my door sound and work as if it were brand new. My door sounds and performs with excellence. Glad I chose Precision.

Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. We definitely recommend Arnold & Precision to anyone needing garage door service. Our daughter had used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service & was very satisfied – she recommended Precision to us. Precision & Arnold get 5 stars. (Did more service than shows on service performed & purchase of new product.)
