Precision serviceman, Jason, called in advance and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He quickly replaced the broken spring on the garage door after thoroughly checking out all the rollers, bolts, and opener safety mechanisms. He was thorough and did an excellent job. The technician called saying he was 30 minutes away. He arrived on time. We talked then he closed and opened the garage door. He inspected the door thoroughly, then he told me the issues he saw. After putting a price on each item, we discussed options. This is a 21 year old garage door system which has all original parts. I decided to proceed and he went to work. He said it would be about 2 hours, and it was. It needed quite a bit of new parts. After he finished, he showed me what was done, demonstrated the new opener, re coded the outside keypad and went over the annual lubrication recommendation. Pretty simple. The new system is great. No noises, squeaks or vibration. It’s quiet. It really needed the upgrade and I am glad I called Precision to take care of it.

Robert G of Precision Garage of Brandon FL came out to our home and repaired our garage door VERY FAST. Robert was extremely professional and polite to me and my wife. He took his time and addressed each and every question or concern of my Wife and I had. He explained each and every step of the repair before making the needed repairs. i Told him because he was so good, he made the repairs look easy. Make no mistake about it, by no means what he done were easy repairs, MY wife and I are Extremely Satisfied with the work Robert G at our home.

So recently I purchased a new home and the garage door was working fine and then all the sudden it had a big hiccup I called precision and they were able to accommodate me same day Jason came out looked at the problem and we had to fix everything was completed quickly and reasonably. Precision is a one in my book, would definitely recommend precision to other people.

Tim Vaughn (Tech) was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Right on time for the appointment and called before arriving. Very thorough with the inspection of the garage door (had a broken spring), gave a respectable estimate for repairs, had all parts on his truck and repair time was quick. Followed up with the repair and operation of the fixed door. Highly recommend Tim and Precision for all garage door repairs.

My garage door spring broke today. I went online and found Precision phone number and remember seen their commercials on TV. I gave them a call and within a few hours they were here. They not only fix the problem but pointed out other parts that needed replacement and recommended such without any pressure I was given the option to replace now all leave for another time. I choose to get everything done at once. The technicians were very professional, did an outstanding job replacing, repairing and installing new hurricane bars to my garage door. My door is now like a new door. I highly recommend this company and I know for sure that I will be using them again if I ever need their services.

Noah was very professional, friendly and a great ambassador for your company. He diagnosed the problem, gave us the option of a repair or replacement with no pressure towards buying new unit. We opted to purchase new garage door opener which was installed in timely fashion. Noah cleaned up after the job, programmed remote in car and didn’t leave until all questions were answered. Explained in detail how new system operated.

Precision came out quickly and from the first conversation on the phone until the tech (Arnold) left it went smoothly. Arnold took the time to explain things to me and showed me my options. He was honest and didn’t pressure me to go one or another. So glad we called Precision!
