Opened my garage on Sunday morning and it only opened about 2 feet? Called Precision and to my surprise they were open and would get a technician out to me later in the day. Chris arrive at my house around 4pm and quickly diagnose the problem. A broken spring, he gave me a quote for repairs and once I approved he had the job completed in under an hour. Great work! My wife was happy she could get her car out of the garage.

After waiting for over two weeks for service from a different Polk County, Florida garage door company that I had used for many years, I was told that the technician would be here on Thursday. After waiting all day on Thursday and not hearing from him by 3:30 p.m., I knew he was not coming. I then called the office and was assured that he would arrive at my residence that day. By 5:00 p.m., with no call from the technician or the company to explain anything, I knew that I nor my business mattered to them. I immediately called Precision Overhead and was greeted by a very professional young lady who immediately set up an appointment for the next day. She also immediately emailed me the information regarding my 10-2 window for the appointment, the technician’s name and other pertinent information regarding the company and its’ employees. What a difference in companies! I must say that Precision Overhead exceeded my expectations with their “professionalism and caring attitude” from my initial conversation on late Thursday afternoon to early Friday afternoon when everything regarding my garage door worked perfectly. Thanks to this company, I went from No More Waiting and No More Disappointments to Extreme Happiness in a matter of hours! A working garage door is a necessity for me! The technician, Mr. Chris thoroughly explained everything. Due to his expertise and personality, my daughter, Dr. Monique and I trusted him to do his job, to do it right and to do it with excellency! That he did! My overall experience from this company and Mr. Chris was 100%. A+ in all areas! They have “Earned My Business” and I am thankful that they cared enough, with my pay, to expediently meet my needs! I must say that I love my upgraded system and its sleekness! Precision is a well Oiled Machine that does not disappoint.. Andrew installed all new wood, door, frame, rails and springs like a total pro! Everything from the start went like clock work, I was beyond amazed how everything went so smooth with no problems! 5 Stars all the way, great job and amazing work, what more could you ever want.

I just came home from finalizing funeral arrangements for my husband. I went to open my garage door when something popped in the garage door opener. I called Precision Door Service as I would not use any other service. The tech came out as promised. When my husband’s best friend told him about my loss, he fixed the issue then called his boss to waive the repair bill!! What incredible service and kindness on my terrible day. I am a customer for life. Thank you to my tech and his boss to ease my day.

My wife and I own 10 houses and have used your services on multiple occasions. The people sent out seem to be very knowledgeable and professional. A courtesy call is always made by the Service Tech to let you know they are on their way and give you an ETA, and we find that quite helpful since we don’t live at each location. During our last service the Tech came up with multiple options to solve our problem and we chose which way to go. We are very happy with the service we have received and will continue to use your services in the future.

I used Precision in both my homes in Cape Coral. I was always pleased especially with the people who handle the outside calls. The ones who do the actual work of digging. I loved my installer. You were prompt in your answering of the phone… and the scheduling of service. Proud to recommend you. Stefan Harris is to be recognized for his work in the field. I hated that there was no picture of him on your site. You really shouldn’t post associates in the field if you can’t post them all or keep the site current… imo.
