Chris Wyckoff did an amazing job. Needed a new opener & updated rail system. Chris patiently and thoroughly explained all my options. When he completed the job, he walked me through the operation of my new opener and we tested it. During the test, Chris noticed a grinding noise caused by one of the wheels and replaced the wheel. No more noise! He even provided me with his card in case I had further questions or issues Unfortunately, my budget would not allowed for a new garage door. But if I can come up with additional funds, I will definitely be asking for Chris as my installer. What Precision says is their TV ads is 100% true!

First rate response and service for a broken garage door spring with my vehicle stuck inside. They found an opening in their schedule and had a tech at my home within 2 hours.

Our tech Conner was awesome. He explained our options thoroughly so we could decide what the best option was for us. He got everything installed, and setup. It was very hot out and he worked non-stop without taking a break. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. An extremely friendly person to talk to.
