Josh Hink did a fantastic job. Super polite, expedient, and no BS. he showed me what needed to be repaired, and pointed out an issue that would have been a problem ina couple of years. Travis was my technician and was great to work with. Explained the problem and what had to be done. He gave me options on which problem needed immediate repair and which parts were starting to wear out. His personality was great and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Cody did a thorough evaluation on my squeaky garage door and determined that all that was needed was some silicone type spray. He then showed me where to spray it and left the rest of the spray so I can repeat this process in 6 months or when the door squeaks again.

I chose Precision Garage Doors to install my keypad entry system because they have always been quick to respond in the past with my automatic garage opener and they’ve always been courteous and professional. I wouldn’t go with any other company.

This is my second time using Precision. The first was two years ago to replace an old garage door opener. This time was for a broken sporing. Everything was made very easy at an affordable price. From the time I called to the time our garage door was fixed was less than 2 hours. Chris Johnson was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He showed up on time, explained the issue, gave us options and had the garage door back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Precision!

Andrew and Tyler came out to install a new door they were very professional and friendly they did a great job. I would recommend precision to other people that have garage door problems. Gave me an estimate on Friday and on Wednesday it was installed.

Robert arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem right away and went to work . The new spring replacement was finished around 10:00 AM. His workmanship is excellent . My garage door is now working perfectly. I am very pleased. Thank you, Bill Barnes
