We heard a loud bang coming from the garage. When we looked for the source we discovered a broken door spring. I called Precision and within two hours a very nice , professional young man named Austin Orton was here to do the repairs. He examined the door and and went over the needed repairs with me. Robert came out in 30 mins. I was lucky he was close. He did a great. Replaced the springs on two garage doors. One spring was broken but did the other door sine it is 11 yrs old and do want to be trapped in the garage again. Robert was great, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Precision

Excellent customer service – which is a rarity these days. Amanda was able to make appointment for the following morning and technician Noah texted 25 minutes before his arrival. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quickly installed a replacement keypad under warranty. So glad I chose Precision to install my new garage door last year.

The spring broke on my garage door and the door came down crooked. I couldn’t open the door at all. I called Precision and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. The technician Chris showed up on time and was courteous. I have used Precision in the past to install a new garage door opener and will use them again if needed.

Because I was so pleased with my experience with Precision 5 yrs ago when I purchased the door, I naturally called them again when it needed repairs. The tech, Chris Wyckoff, provided excellent service in every way. He was punctual, professional and courteous. I would like to commend Charles Sherwood your loyal and trustworthy service technician. For unknown reasons ( one in a million) he attempted to get three outside garage door openers to work to no avail. The GM indicated he had on seen this happen once in 20 years. Bottom line I got a new garage door opener only. So now have one for each car and they work. Sin$1,000ce the internal garage door motor is still functioning with the remotes we decided not to replace the external opener as they were very honest and informed me it would cost around $300 to possibly replace circuit board on the opener or the motor around $1,000. I decided to wait until the motor fails and I will call them back to replace. This is a very ethical, honest, quick and trustworthy company and it definitely came thru in the person of Charles Sherwood. Don’t let him get away.
