We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.

I was surprised to find that I called afternoon and got same day service. Doug the technician was here about an hour after I called and had the door repaired in about two hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all he took pride in his work and that is extremely rare these days. Thank you for being honest and just being a good person in general.

This is the second time we have used Precision Garage Door Svc. This time we replaced the motor, rail and torsion cable. Our technician, Arnold S., was very professional, explained the new system, helped with adding and setting up the app on my phone and programmed the car without my needing to ask. He answered all of our questions and was very courteous and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend Precision if you want a new updated opener, or have any problems, any time. I called yesterday, and the job was completed today. Thank you Arnold!

Precision Garage Door Service was able to service my garage door challenges the same day I called, which surprised me how quickly they could accommodate. Their excellent technician Bill Skinner made everything right, from cost of the work to his expertise! Bill was kind, professional, explained every detail of the work that needed to be done, well spoken, he is a genuine and considerate technician! We called Precision and Arnold the repairman came out at 8:00 the next morning. We thought it was a simple problem but he explained to us that the problem was more detailed and so we ended up spending more money than we had expected but he did it in a very efficient manner, explained the new process to it, and gave us the relief of not worrying about our garage doors / openers for the near future.
