    The team at Precision were great! They communicated well when they were on their way and explained what was going on with the garage door clearly. I scheduled online and got service within an hour of doing that. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. I had no issues with Precision at all.

    Earlier today, the wall console for our Linear garage door opener started malfunctioning. I called Precision Garage Door, and they sent a technician within one hour. The Technician was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the console unit, inspected and service the garage door in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the care we received. We felt like valued customers!
