In 2021 I took a chance when our garage door broke and called the number from a flier I found in the mailbox. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Everyone that I have encountered from this company are friendly, professional, and have the best positive attitudes. You can tell that this is a great company to work for and everyone loves their job. If I ever quit my homemaker role this is a company that I would want to work for. Today’s experience went above and beyond my expectations. My garage door broke at 1:45pm and I called Precision Garage Door at 2:25pm. Our repairman confirmed his ETA at 3:06pm and our garage door was fixed by 4pm. All of this was done on a Friday the weekend before Thanksgiving Break. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.

I called for an estimate on a overhead garage door. I was able to get the estimate the same day I called, which surprised me. Melanie Montoro was the rep who came to my home. She was excellent, very professional. She was able to show me all aspects of you product, right from her truck. I must say I was impressed. She explained all the measurements she took and said she would email me an estimate that evening. I must have gotten the estimate within 2 hours. I was very happy with the bottom line and asked her to call me he next day as I had some questions. She answered all my questions and asked her to update the estimate and send it to me which she did. I also purchased a garage door opener. I informed her I will contact he on Jan. 2nd 2026 and give her a deposit. I cancelled the next 2 estimate request. Overall I was extremely happy.

I needed new remotes and a new control box and they came out same day that I called and did everything I needed within an hour. Very clear communication, very prompt with time and explained everything he was doing to ensure we were on the same page. Jose did an excellent job!

Today my precision technician arrived at my home. He was professional friendly and informative about my garage door, the necessary repairs needed and several options to choose from. The work was done promptly. I appreciate the company for offering a discount for US military veterans which was very helpful. I will continue to use Precision garage door as my garage repair company.
