Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+. I used them before and that’s why I used them again. Have not been disappointed.

We are very pleased with the service provided by the Precision technician. Britt was courteous, professional and fixed our garage door opener. He provided a detailed description of what needed to be done along with an accurate estimate. The experience from calling for the appointment to the completion of the work was first rate.

The #1 reason I always choose Precision is that I can always count on your service staff to help me in a very timely manner. Today was no exception. Your technician was here when he said he would be, fixed my problem in a timely manner and explained completely what the issue was and how he fixed it. Very positive and knowledgeable young man. I always recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. There may be cheaper companies. But I’m happy to pay for superior service and a company I can always count on.
