Service tech John was great. He checked the motor, replaced light bulbs, checked the rubber on the bottom and greased the door wheels . I thought it was a fair price as well. First time using your company. I listen to the Joy FM and hear your commercials . Thank you. I will be using you in the future .

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Why have I stayed so long? Because on Sunday, I called 3 other companies because I could not get out of my garage. The person who answered the phone told me she had a tech on duty and she could have him at my house within 2 hours! That is definition of customer service service! The technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, professional and customer focused. Their explanations are clear and they always provide the pros and cons of the issue and solution.

When our home was built Precision Garage Door installed our original garage door and opener. They have been servicing our equipment for the past 21 years. In that time they’ve only had to make 3 service calls. Today we had to replace the original opener. Their technician, Tim was well trained, courteous and professional. He even assisted me in connecting my car to the new opener. I was able to make my own appointment online and the same day service was wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

I am very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door – John was at my house within a few hours of my call on a Saturday morning! He replaced my OLD Garage door opener with a new one that is fast and quiet a huge upgrade for us! He was very nice and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them.
