    They were able to come out first thing the next morning after our spring broke late on a Friday. Jeff was very professional, efficient and friendly. He found some other issues with the door, (broken hinge, missing hinges, bad bearings) that would have to be addressed at some point. We had him fix everything while he was here to avoid other issues in the future. We appreciated his thoroughness.

    Wow! What service. We discovered a serious problem with out garage door openers in the evening and after searching for a repair outfit I found Precision and saw their five star rating. It was so easy to get an appointment online for the next day and the repair person came and replaced the systems on both of my garage doors the same day! Rita
