The technician, Chris, Called prior to the visit to let me know he was on his way. He communicated with me the entire time he was on the job. He was professional, courteous and had a good sense of humor! Would recommend Precision and especially Chris.

Seventeen year old garage door opener failed. Called Precision in the morning and was told a tech would arrive between 12 and 4. Luke arrived around 1:30, diagnoses the problem….opener fried. Two options were presented, selected one and the installation began. Luke was extremely courteous, efficient, detail oriented, and explained the process and use of the new opener.

Jimmy was prompt and solved the problem with my garage door. He also noticed my doors were very dry and gave them both a good oil spray. I couldn’t believe how quickly he repaired the door! I also got a new remote. So I was back in business in no time. I have used Precision before and had a great experience. You are my go to for garage doors! Thanks again.

I cannot express how impressed we are with Precision and their employees. We have had a difficult reoccurring issue and Tyler has taken it upon himself to do everything he can to make sure it is resolved and we are happy. Tyler, Andrew and a trainee came out today to monitor the issues and make some adjustments. All businesses should take a page from Precision and their employees.

Josh H. Was our technician and he was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. Was courteous to my wife and my kids, knew the job inside and out, and made extremely quick work of the repair. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. If all technicians are like Josh, I don’t see how any other garage door repairs companies are in business.
