To whom it may concern: I found your name on the internet, I called and was given a time for your techs the next day. They showed me what was wrong with my garage door opener and gave me the option of replacing parts or a complete new system. I chose the new system. The techs were pleasant and nice to deal with. I had my new garage door and opener installed this morning, and I am thoroughly happy with the result. From the initial meeting with the Sales Representative (Chris) to the two gentlemen who installed everything this morning, I was impressed by the professionalism they all exhibited. My initial meeting was very thorough and I received a detailed bid within hours and it was very fair. I was also impressed that the installers showed up actually a little early for the job (which made my day) and everything was installed so efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

My new garage door opener was causing the door to hang up at times. Called Precision, Nick came out, apologized for the problem, trouble-shot the door and opener, made some adjustments to it and now it operates fine. Can’t ask for much more than that. Thanks.

Garage door would not open and it would happen on a Sunday morning. I called got an appointment early same day. Corbin came out very professional, respectful, friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what to do and took care of it.
