We called Precision because we have had excellent service from them before. This time our door stopped working on a Saturday and they came that same Saturday. (Wow) The person answering our call was very nice. The technician named Dalton was courteous, after examining the problem explained what he was going to do first (which fixed the problem), and then repaired it quickly and quietly by installing new sensors which were still under warranty. He was a gentleman and very respectful (something I find not present all the time nowadays); he even called to let us know he would be 15 minutes late in arriving – very nice. Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful. So we will continue to call Precision whenever we need service or new products that they deal in. Thank you Dalton, and thank you Precision.

Precision is my choice for garage door repairs. They are very responsive and showed up on time. Alex is very knowledgeable and a true professional. They came out on a holiday and corrected my problem quickly at a fair price.

Great from request to schedule through service! Derik DeFelice was the tech who came and his picture wasn’t on site yet, so I wondered… but what a personable guy and go-getter. Not only fixed my problem by replacing a wall control pad, was very helpful and answered other questions about the operation I had. Very impressed with knowledge, efficiency, and respect for my property!

When you are trapped inside your house, or you can’t get into your house because your garage door won’t open, you must call Precision. They come quickly. They bring what they need with them. They work quickly and efficiently. They stand behind the products they sell. I can’t imagine calling any other company!
