Purchased a garage door from them 2 years ago, Excellent installation. I called at 10am 2 years later, stating that the door tension was not correct, at 12 noon there was someone who came and corrected the problem. Awesome Company!!!

Quick response got a call and an appt the next after submitting appt request online the night before. Jimmy Johnson (not the former NFL coach) was my Tech. Very personable and knowledgeable. He spotted several issues right away and knew exactly how to correct them. He explained things to me and gave me all the info I needed to understand what was going on. I open my garage door at least 6 times a day, so it gets a lot of use. He recommended a spring replacement. I decided to pay now vs have a more costly repair or car damage later. Jimmy was done in less than a hour. Professional and quality work all the way around. Not cheap, but in this case I expect and believe I will get what I paid for. 3 yr warranty.
