He was friendly, checked everything out thoroughly, and made a few adjustments he thought would be helpful. He performed his work in a timely and efficient fashion. Expectations were met from Initial Call to Timely Response to Arrival to Installation. Technician was great, explained everything and cleaned up after. I rarely give 5 Stars, but, well-deserved here.
