We first used Precision several years ago and we were very impressed with how they operate their business. We had a recent garage door repair issue, so we called them again for service. We were very pleased with the overall customer service from them. They are very professional, on time, and strive to achieve a top notch job for their customers. Same day service was much appreciated; they even moved my original appt up from a 2-6pm window and arrived before noon. Mike was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly. He took the time to go through pricing options with me and took into account my long-term goals without up-selling. He explained things along the way and taught me how to maintain the best operations of the door. Would recommend.

Blue answered the phone and was so courteous, I called at 10:30 on a Saturday. She said she’d have a tech out between 12-4. Alex got here at 12:45, called first, and was so professional. Travis Sanferraro was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me options and I asked for his recommendation and went with what he thought was the best option for me. I was very happy with the repairs, he explained everything in detail to me and also cleaned up. He is an asset for your company I give him a 5 star review, he was great!

Precision has been our “go to” choice when we have problems with our garage door for over 12 years. They never disappoint: rapid service, knowledgeable and personable staff, prices reasonable. What’s not to like??????????????
