I called Precision yesterday afternoon because of a broken spring on my garage door. Carlos came out this morning and when he left, my door runs like new!!! Thank you Carlos for a great job with professionalism! I will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Chris Stephens is a GREAT technician. As he saw issues he gave me options for their repair/replace. He worked very effectively, was neat and courteous. He had to leave to get the right springs for our door but returned and finished the job in a timely manner.

Your Technician arrived exactly on time. He did call me prior to his arrival. Super nice guy, very professional. He completed replacing the Drive Belt in a timely manor. I give him 5 Stars! The day before when I called Precision to make an appointment, the person I spoke to told me that my cost for you to replace the Belt on my Garage Door Opener would be between $125 & $165 I gave the person on the phone The Make & Model of my opener prior to him giving me a price. This was nearly $100 less than your actual cost to me. This was a VERY misleading statement. It is close to a lie, as far as I’m concerned. So I give your appointment guy 1 star? When I told your Tech. he said where did he get that price. The belt’s cost that much. You need to give your appointment guy a talking to!

5 star rating Precision Garage Door responded in one day. They were prompt and completed the service requested on time. Keith( the person who handled the task) was very knowledgeable and efficient. We discussed the problem and various options before we made our decision to proceed. I would definitely recommend this company and Keith again. Respectfully, Dick Otto

I was very pleased with the promptness of service and Brian – tech was very personable and could not have been nicer. I was surprised at the cost as I had nothing to compare it to as I needed the work done that day since I could not get the garage to open. Have since heard of a customer that paid significantly less ($200) from Precision for the exact same job but not knowing how different their garage door might have been, I can’t truly judge. I do appreciate being able to work out a few payments to make it easier.

ON 6-6-18 HAD GARAGE DOOR REPAIR . I HAVE USED PRECISION IN THE PAST AND HAD GOOD RESULTS ***** CRAIG EARLE DID A FINE JOB WENT THROUGH THE OPTIONS AND DID A FINE JOB ***** THE DOOR WORKS WELL AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE.
