Chad Donovan was my tech. I thought he was very helpful explaining that my 20 year old door was in bad shape. It was seating sideways. He gave me the option to fix it verses a new one. After giving me a price , I decided to go with a new one. He worked on my door for a couple of hours to get it straight till my new one gets installed.

I was having a problem with remote door opener. I got a new one as the old one was working sporadically. I got a reasonable price. The tech was very understanding and knowledgeable.
