Jose was awesome, Precision will be our go to company in the event we need service. Need you to consider changing the policy regarding someone at home. We have an alarm system that shows entry into home. We all work and I travel ALOT so I would want the door fixed as soon as possible since two females are alone in the house.

Had a Spring break on a Friday nite. I searched the Internet & found Very Positive Reviews on Precision. Called Saturday morning & had an Appt. In 5 minutes arriving between noon to 4pm. Got a call @ 2:10 that Jose Rosario had arrived. He checked out my situation & offered suggestions with an Estimate. He proceeded to do the Repairs & Cleaned up after. Excellent, same day service, Technician, Jeffery Pinney arrived promptly at 4:00pm as promised and performed like a champ. He assessed the issues with the door, gave a clear and complete run down of what needed to be done with options. If we need additional service I would request him.
