I will recommend Precision to all my friends and family, My installers name was Luke Rose, he called me prior to coming over. Once he got there he noticed that my air handler was going to be in the way of the door opening, he looked over the situation and came up with a plan to customize the tracks so that the door would fit. He did a fantastic job and my wife and I could not be happier. He was a true professional and made sure that everything was perfect before cleaning up and leaving. He deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he performed.

Not only were they extremely pleasant on the phone my tech explained all my options as far as additional work that I might want to have done the the future.I had my torsion springs replaced and sensors changed out in a little over 1.5 hours. I made numerous calls to other companies last week and for the most part they sounded like they were reading script – very impersonal! Precision will be my go to in the future.
